We were moving from Virginia to Nebraska with no knowledge of the North Platte area. She went out of her way to accommodate us by showing properties virtually since we could not be there in person. When we were able to fly out to see properties, she took her time with us, going into much detail about the house we were interested in, and was very reassuring in the process. She then went to bat for us making the seller honor their commitments. Throughout the entire buying experience, she provided excellent recommendations for local contacts (insurance, mortgage, etc.). She has continued to follow up with us since the closing of our house. We would highly recommend Nancy to anyone looking for a home in the North Platte area.
